Laura Faulkner is a section leader for William & Mary's Online MBA program. She currently serves as the integrity product program management lead for Meta. Previously, she worked as the head of integrity and risk launches for Facebook, where she led an operations team focused on integrity within the product development process. This role enabled her to optimize global operational processes in a fast-moving technology environment.

Prior to joining Facebook, Laura worked as a senior manager in finance operations at Salesforce, supporting the procure-to-pay process, and optimizing the end-to-end source-to-pay process. She leveraged six sigma and design methodology to create a Source to Pay Salesforce Cloud solution, later sold in partnership with PWC. Laura transitioned to a career within operations from corporate finance at Microsoft, where she supported multiple teams including: the Wall Street Guidance team, Office 365 Finance and the Netherlands Finance team.

Laura is a proud two-time graduate of William & Mary, holding an MBA and BBA in accounting. Her areas of expertise include operations, social media integrity, agile product management and finance.
