Tuition for the William & Mary online business programs and certificates is charged per credit hour, and rates vary according to your program of choice. In addition to credit-hour charges, a one-time, nonrefundable graduation fee will be charged after a “Notice of Candidacy for Graduation” is filed in your final term. *Although there is no required residency specifically for Online MS in Business Analytics students, we encourage students to join us during the Online MBA residency weekend which includes speakers, team-building activities and networking opportunities. There is no application fee for the Online Foundations in Business Analytics Certificate program.
Tuition for the W&M Online Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program is calculated per credit hour at a current rate of $1,406 per hour for core classes and $800 per hour for prerequisite classes. Additional program fees will apply and may include a one-time, non-refundable graduation fee of $150, which is charged only after you have filed a "Notice of Candidacy for Graduation.”

Federal Financial Aid for W&M Online Students
In addition to any private or third-party tuition support and scholarship you may secure, financial aid is also available in the form of federal or private student loans. The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is required for federal loan eligibility and can be filed electronically at www.fafsa.gov. Scholarships for Online Business Degrees at William & Mary
Merit-Based Scholarships
Merit-based scholarships are awarded to students based on academic achievements and extracurricular activities, including work experience, leadership and professional accomplishments.
To be considered for a merit-based scholarship, be sure to apply by the priority application deadline. You will be asked to submit a 300-word essay to explain your education and career goals, and how this scholarship will help you achieve them.

The Kyle J. Milliken Memorial Scholarship (Online MBA Only)
The Kyle J. Milliken Memorial Scholarship was created as a living memorial to honor Senior Chief Special Warfare Operator Kyle Milliken.
Senior Chief Milliken, a 15-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, was a decorated SEAL who completed seven combat deployments and multiple overseas contingency operations before he was killed in action in May 2017. In addition to his distinguished service record, Senior Chief Milliken was also a dedicated student in our Online MBA program, and we at William & Mary are proud to honor his commitments to both national security and personal development through education.
The Kyle J. Milliken Memorial Scholarship provides military students around the globe with the critical support they need while working toward a world-class management education. It is available only to W&M Online MBA students who are active duty or military veterans and have completed at least 16 credit hours in the program.
The Milliken Scholarship application window opens in May. The scholarship recipient will be notified before the fall semester start.
Alumni Giving & Referral Scholarships
William & Mary graduates have the opportunity to share the William & Mary experience with friends, family, co-workers and peers, and help them receive a $2,500 scholarship for an online business program.
