Karen Bicking is a section leader in the Online MBA program. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, talent management, succession planning and leadership development in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. She currently works as the director of talent management at Bausch Health, driving innovative talent solutions that strengthen the organization’s ability to attract, develop and retain talent. Prior to working at Bausch Health, she held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Bayer and Teva.
In addition to her professional experience, Karen has taught online courses in human resources management and compensation management. Her interests and areas of expertise include diversity, equity, and inclusion, culture, human resources, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
