Robert “Bob” Williams is a clinical lecturer at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He has taught marketing, management and strategic planning as well as a number of courses at Arizona State in the Carey School of Business. His research interests include leadership, management, marketing, and organizational behavior.

Bob spent 26 years working for the DuPont Company in a number of staff and line positions. His last six years he was vice president of marketing and communications. Following that, he was VP of public affairs for San Diego Gas and Electric and then senior VP of marketing and government relations for Sharp Healthcare, also in San Diego. He then started his own business, The Spurgroup, and did business and strategic planning and leadership seminars for Motorola, Intel, AlphaGene, American Diamond Instruments, DuPont, and a number of other companies.
