Osman Nal is a clinical assistant professor of Economics and Finance at William & Mary's Mason School of Business, teaching undergraduate-level corporate finance and graduate-level economics courses. He earned a Ph.D. in economics from Rice University in 2008 specializing in financial economics, and decision making under uncertainty. Dr. Nal enjoys developing and applying innovative instructional methods such as classroom experiments, simulations and case studies. He likes engaging in classroom discussions with students on pressing economic and financial policy issues.

Prior to his current position, Dr. Nal was an assistant professor of finance at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, heading their Master’s in Financial Analysis program.
