Hugh Davis is a section lead for William & Mary's Online MBA program. He is an accomplished thirty-year veteran of the United States Army, serving in several key leadership and strategic positions throughout his career. He is also a recipient of numerous honors, including the Army’s Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star Medal. Upon retirement, Hugh became the Deputy Chief of Staff, G1/4 (Personnel and Logistics) for the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command, where he manages personnel, logistics, infrastructure, safety, and medical operations across the command.

Hugh holds an MS in Administration from Central Michigan University, an MS in National Strategy from the National Defense University, and is a resident graduate of the Army’s Command and Staff College. He also holds a certificate in Supply Chain Management. Hugh's areas of expertise include managing complex operations in resource-limited situations, leadership and personnel management, and logistics planning, support, and coordination.
