Christopher “Chris” Caracci is a section leader for William & Mary's Online MBA program and an executive partner for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business. As a 28-year veteran executive of The Walt Disney Company, he is an expert in leadership and organizational culture design and change. For 20 years he was senior engagement executive for the Disney Institute, assisting organizations outside of Disney in their work to improve the quality of their own customer, client, and patient experiences, specifically through designed and intentional delivery frameworks and methodologies, human resource practices, and approaches to leadership management, development, and succession. He has worked extensively with for-profit and non-profit clients, across every industry, and around the globe.

Chris has taught in collegiate programs in business ethics, organizational development, service strategy, and leadership. His interests include improving the quality of patient experiences in healthcare settings, emotional intelligence as it drives cultural health, and values-based leadership alignment to organizational culture strategy. Chris is a retired United States Air Force officer.
