Rayshad A. Holmes is a section lead for William & Mary's Online MBA program. He currently serves as a principal consultant for the Henle Group, LLC. This new minority/woman/disabled vet-led organization provides small and medium-sized businesses with strategic operational advice, support, and systems to ensure long-term viability. He is also a senior advisor on matters regarding Workforce Design and Development within BARDA for the Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response at the Department of Health and Human Services. He is the principal advisor for all human capital issues.
Rayshad has served in leadership roles for more than 20 years, beginning his career as a human capital consultant for Accenture, LLP. In this position, he actively engaged in several organizational design and training design and delivery projects for Fortune 500 clients. He also contributed to the firm’s internal growth by mentoring junior consultants and analysts and regularly recruiting on the firm’s behalf.
Additionally, Rayshad has been teaching courses in management, leadership and organizational behavior at the graduate level for more than 15 years. He is an experienced public speaker, having developed and facilitated countless workshops, seminars, and interactive discussions with small and large audiences across the country. Most recently, he has taken on a new role as co-executive producer with Sylvia Alston.
