Lisa Klein Pearo is a course author and faculty lead for the Online Master’s in Marketing program at William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business. After earning an MBA and a DBA from Harvard Business School, she has developed and led graduate and undergraduate degree programs. Her higher education leadership experience includes serving as dean and provost, with focused involvement in program development, curriculum assessment, accreditation, and faculty recruitment and development. Lisa's instructional focus is on quantitative and qualitative research methods. She's taught undergraduate, masters, executive and doctoral students at a number of leading business schools both online and on the ground.
Lisa’s research has focused on consumer information search, learning and decision-making in interactive environments, with an emphasis on application in service industries. She authored a chapter in the book “The Cornell School of Hotel Administration on Hospitality: Cutting Edge Thinking and Practice.” She has also been published in The Journal of Interactive Marketing, The Journal of Service Research, The Journal of Business Research, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and The Sloan Management Review.
