Jesse Pietz is a master teacher for the OMSBA program at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He has been teaching analytics, operations research and management science since 2013. His most recent faculty position prior to William & Mary was at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

His analytic and research interests include optimization algorithms for military and law enforcement applications, decision analysis approaches in manufacturing and healthcare, analytics of sports team management, and data visualization design.

Jesse is a passionate educator, who draws on over 20 years of experience as an Air Force analyst to integrate practical applications into course material. He has designed and taught courses in optimization, decision modeling, business analytics, sports analytics and operations research.
