Harrison Wagner’s career has focused on building expertise in financial analysis and valuation, cash and debt management, mergers and acquisitions, working capital analysis and equity research.
His recent work includes advising both external clients and internal leadership on multibillion-dollar spinoffs, owning leverage models to determine company dividends, forecasting global cash and debt balances to drive end-of-quarter and end-of-year earnings, breaking down the cash conversion cycle to drive inflow and outflow efficiency and building out treasury management systems for newly created companies.
Harrison holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a BS in finance from Rutgers Business School. He served as a graduate assistant and mentor while pursuing his academic coursework.
