Brian Balduzzi earned his MBA from Cornell University Johnson School of Management, his JD and Tax LL.M. at Boston University School of Law, and his BA in English, secondary education and theatre at SUNY Geneseo. Brian currently works for an AmLaw50 law firm in their Private Client Services Group. Previously, Brian worked for mid-sized law firms as a tax and estate planning attorney and for a trust company as the fiduciary innovation strategist and the operational and planning innovation manager.

Brian has been honored as a 2023 Top 40 Young Lawyer by the American Bar Association, a 2019-2021 American Bar Association Trust and Estate Fellow, a 2021-2023 American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Fellow, a Philadelphia KEEPER, a 2023 City and State Pennsylvania 40 Under 40, a 2022 Al Dia News 40 Under Forty and the 2022 SUNY Geneseo Rainbow Revolutionary Alumni Award recipient, among other accolades. His scholarship has been featured in The Legal Intelligencer, the New Jersey Law Journal, the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs Journal and the American Bar Association Real Property and Trust and Estate eReport, among others.

Brian has taught at Southern New Hampshire University, University of the Cumberlands, Concord Law School, Indiana Wesleyan University, Elizabethtown College, University of Illinois Chicago Law School, Baruch College, University of California Riverside and Caldwell University.
