Tatia Granger is a clinical associate professor at William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business in the area of organizational behavior. Her teaching helps students to better understand the intersection of content and context with a focus on personal and career competencies for more productive individual, team and organizational outcomes.

Tatia brings extensive experience in higher education including serving as university ombuds at William & Mary prior to transitioning to the faculty, vice president for enrollment services at Bennett College for Women, chief of staff for the vice president for financial services at Duke University, assistant dean for undergraduate admissions at the University of Virginia and director for the Center for Multicultural Student Services at James Madison University. She also served as an MBA prep coach with Management Leadership for Tomorrow, an organization whose goal is to find, prepare and launch the next generation of diversity into the C-suites of the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
