Steve Hojnicki is a section leader for William & Mary’s Online MBA and MSBA programs. Professionally, he serves as an active-duty officer in the United States Army, specializing in operations research and systems analysis. Prior to being stationed at the Pentagon, he served in Oklahoma, Colorado, Hawaii, and Germany, and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to Badghis Province, Afghanistan. In addition to his military service and teaching responsibilities, Steve holds key staff positions with two veteran-oriented non-profits. He currently serves as the director of MBA operations for Service to School and as the chief analytics officer for Hero Hut. Steve is a proud alumnus of the Mason School of Business holding degrees from the resident MBA program as a Major General James Wright Fellow, and the Online MSBA program. His research interests include analytics, artificial intelligence, and integrating emerging technology into large organizations.
