Robert “Bob” Mintz is a section leader for William & Mary's Online MBA program. He also works as a senior partner in the global board and CEO advisory practice at Korn Ferry. Bob is an accomplished business leader, consultant and consulting psychologist who helps CEOs and boards identify successors and global high potentials and accelerate their development. He has worked across the globe in industries including technology, media and entertainment, financial services, consumer products, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, health care, private equity/start-ups, and family-owned businesses.

Previously, Bob founded and led a C-suite advisory firm, serving as a trusted advisor to a wide array of global clients. Prior to that, he spent more than two decades in global CHRO/senior human resources roles at EDS, Time Warner, PepsiCo and Revlon.

Bob is a member of the Society for Consulting Psychologists (APA) and devotes considerable time to undergraduate and graduate student leader development, serving as a mentor for the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute and as an executive partner for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary.
