Rachael Post is a section leader for William & Mary's Online MBA program. She is an eco-strategist and founder of Elemental Good, an accelerator of tech and design innovations for sustainability and climate resiliency. As the former vice president of branded content at the Guardian Media Group's content marketing studio in New York, Rachael managed the branded content team and created award-winning native advertising campaigns for global brands such as Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon, GM, Visa, SC Johnson, and Ben & Jerry's.

Rachael is passionate about helping brands tell their stories and reach audiences around the world. The Guardian's “How to Solve a Murder” series for Amazon Studios received extensive press coverage as the first original series of investigative brand journalism.

Previously, she worked as a business journalist in Silicon Valley and as an adjunct professor at UNC Chapel Hill and UC San Diego. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, sustainability, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
