Kiely Sweatt is a section lead for William & Mary's Online MBA program. She is an innovation consultant charged with designing, facilitating, and leading change practices for Fortune 100 companies, nonprofit organizations and startup ventures. She is also a faculty member at Parsons School of Design – The New School specializing in strategic design and management.

Currently, she serves as the director of innovation at Oracle in the greater New York City area and as the chief operating officer of The Poetry Society of New York. She is the founder of The Wild, whose mission is to bring creative people together to collaborate, design new products/service, and build communities. Kiely is also a consultant trainer at The Design Gym, and co-launched and serves as an advisor to 30 Weeks, a design incubator with Hyper Island and Google.

Her prior work experience includes teaching and serving as a mentor/facilitator in both Spain and the U.S. for organizations like IFP Media Center, Barclay’s, Capital One, ShiftDesign Camp, Hyper Island and Pratt. Kiely has also launched a nonprofit centered around the performing arts.
