Perry is a section lead for William & Mary's Online MBA program. He has over 20 years of business experience with globally recognized brands such as Starter, Visa International, XM Radio, The Washington Football Team, Rosetta Stone and the Penn Relays. He has primarily focused on sports and entertainment marketing, corporate strategy, business development and strategic corporate partnerships. He is experienced in advancing domestic and international brands and is passionate about acquiring loyal customers, building strategic relationships, and implementing world-class promotions.
George is currently a full-time instructor at George Mason University, where he teaches Business in Society and the Global Environment of Business. Previously, he was an adjunct professor at Georgetown University for eight years in the graduate level Sports Industry Management program which he helped develop as an advisory board member. George is also a board member and communications committee chair for Leadership Mission International, an organization dedicated to training ethical female leaders in Honduras.
Prior to business school, George was an officer in the U.S. Navy, is a Gulf War veteran, and spent two years as a foreign exchange officer assigned to a French Navy ship.
