Elena Epps is a Senior IT Auditor for the U.S. Government Accountability Office. She brings extensive industry experience in the area of information systems management and analysis, cybersecurity, and information technology auditing. Her work over the years has brought about significant changes to federal agencies' IT management work practices, procedures, and internal controls. Elena has taught several information technology and project management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including computer applications and concepts, software design, logistics planning, business networking, systems infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Elena is completing an Executive DBA from Temple University. She holds an MS in Information and Telecommunication Systems from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and a BS in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
