David Samuel is a section leader for William & Mary's Online MBA program. He is currently the chief operations and information officer for Endeavor Management. Previously, David was the chief information officer (CIO) for SEIU Local 1000, and CIO of the California State Employees Association. He has played many roles in information technology, including in project and program management, database administration, quality assurance, InfoSec, infrastructure, strategic planning, and consulting. In 2003, he earned the Project Management Professional™ Certification and is ITIL Foundations™ certified and is a graduate of Cornell University's Johnson School of Business Executive Leadership Program.
