Dave Hier has spent the last 10 years in leadership roles in sales operations, revenue operations and sales analytics. Currently, he is a strategy and operations manager for Amazon Web Services, driving strategic sales initiatives related to AWS training and certification. He was previously director of revenue operations at an enterprise IT training company and senior director of analytics at 2U, an education technology company.
Dave volunteers at the Rocky Mountain Micro-Finance Institute, coaching under-resourced entrepreneurs to scale their businesses. Dave holds an MBA from UNC's Kenan Flagler's Business School and a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park.
