Joe Wilck is the faculty director of the business analytics programs and a clinical associate professor at William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He has been teaching analytics, operations research, and engineering since 2006. His most recent faculty position prior to William & Mary was at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

His research interests include applied optimization, analytics, science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education, and industrial and systems engineering applications. For his pursuits, he has received funding from the National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and the North Carolina Department of Transportation, among others.

Joe is a registered professional engineer. He is an active member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE), Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), and Military Operations Research Society (MORS). He has served in various capacities including professional society leadership, research panels, research projects, the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), and curriculum development.
